Personal Calendar Sync is a private calendar integration used by its owner to synchronize data between accounts the owner has authorized.
Last updated: 18 October 2026
Data accessed
Depending on the calendar permissions granted, the integration may access calendar lists, events, event titles, descriptions, locations, times, attendees, and synchronization metadata from Google Calendar and iCloud.
How data is used
Calendar data is used solely to read, create, update, or delete events as required for synchronization between the calendars selected by the owner. Calendar data is not used for advertising, profiling, or training AI models.
Storage and security
The integration may store authorization credentials, synchronization state, and technical logs in the owner's private environment. Access is restricted to the operator. Like any online integration, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Sharing
Calendar data is exchanged with the calendar providers selected by the owner to perform synchronization. It is not sold or shared with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Retention and deletion
Calendar events remain in the connected calendar accounts according to those providers' policies. Locally stored tokens, synchronization state, and logs can be removed by the operator when the integration is discontinued. The owner can revoke Google access through Google Account connections.
Google API Services
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
